Empowering my clients to understand themselves, appreciate their present moment and change their behavior, leading to a full and fulfilling life.

There is more to treating, educating and supporting individuals than what mainstream education and classic behavior analysis has shown us.

My passion lies in discovering how each client understands the world we live in, how they learn best, and tailoring their treatment goals to ensure success. I believe that everyone is capable of change when given the proper tools, motivations, time and attention. I believe that incorporating mindfulness and acceptance is of the utmost importance to my clients and their families.  In my practice, I aim to to show my clients how the human experience can be amplified by learning to notice one’s own experience, accept the natural pain/discomfort that comes with existence and make decisions based on their individualized core values. My goal is to empower my clients to understand themselves, appreciate their present moment and change their behavior, leading to a full and fulfilling life.

I aim to help all my clients be successful based off their definition of success, and no one else’s.

This service is designed for families raising a child with ADHD, Autism (including PDA), anxiety disorders, or broader behavioral and emotional concerns. We believe that meaningful, lasting growth happens when parents are actively involved in the therapeutic process. Together, we collaborate to understand what’s already working while gently identifying barriers that may be limiting the progress you’re seeking.

When appropriate, in-person sessions can offer individualized support that many children benefit from. For families outside of Arizona, virtual services are thoughtfully structured and highly engaging, allowing us to create meaningful progress with the same level of effectiveness and connection.

Parent Support

  • 90 Minute Guardian Assessment
  • 2-3 Hour In-Person/Virtual Assessment with Child
  • 2-4 Hour Treatment Plan/Goal Writing
  • Minimum 12 Weeks Parent Training

ideal for families with children of all ages

Hourly Rate: $140

This service is designed for parents who are looking for education and hands-on training in navigating the parenting process, without direct services for their child. Whether you’re wanting practical tools to better support your neurodivergent child, guidance on raising an emotionally flexible and resilient human, or support in understanding your own diagnosis while parenting, this space is centered on you.

It’s a strong fit for parents of young children who may not be ready for therapy, for families whose children are already receiving services elsewhere, or for those who simply want personalized support to feel more grounded, informed, and confident in their approach at home.

Direct Therapy - Adults

ideal for ages 18+

Hourly Rate: $140

My specialty lies in supporting adults as they navigate life’s complexities — whether that includes a recent or lifelong diagnosis of ADHD, Autism (including PDA), or Anxiety, or simply a desire to understand yourself more deeply.
The adults we serve are ready and willing to look inward, clarify what truly matters to them, and develop practical strategies that align with the life they want to build.
Services are collaborative, relationship-centered, and grounded in trust. Together, we focus on your values, your strengths, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck — creating meaningful, sustainable change from the inside out.

Who is this for?

I recognize that everyone’s needs are different, however, one thing remains true: -Behavior change takes time. In order for the significant changes most people desire, 8-12 weeks of service is often the minimum I recommend to achieve the changes you desire. While a reduced number of hours may be effective for some clients, we really never know what each family/child is going to benefit from until we begin the assessment process and start working together. While I never guarantee specific outcomes, I can guarantee throughout our time together you will have my highest level of commitment. I expect the same from the families I work with. Together as a team, we will get your life aligned with your values.

how much will it cost?

While I do not currently take insurance, I believe the structure of my services allows me to provide additional benefit to my clients.  I am able to work closely with clients, keeping my caseloads small, to ensure my availability while families navigate treatment goals. By removing the hassle of long wait lists, in-person visits and scheduling conflicts, I am able to provide real-time support and dedicate the time and attention I believe is needed to make significant impact and change. Prices may vary per client depending on their specific goals, duration of treatment, as well as level of support needed.

how long will we work together?

I offer a variety of packages with the goal of supporting a diverse population of clients. Clients come to me seeking support with: Emotional regulation, values alignment, behavioral concerns, defiance, decision making skills, social skills, coping strategies for all including anxiety/depression, reinforcement and motivation strategies/support and much more.

"Nothing resonated with me as much as ACT."

Knowledge is powerful. If you ever attempted to work on yourself by getting help and the "help" left you feeling like you're still stuck in the same spot with nothing but some expensive nice sounding words; get this course. The very first few lesson with Allie, did more work for me than months of other services I've tried. Nothing resonated with me as much as ACT. I went into this experience hoping to help my work and instead found ways to improve every area in my life.
